2. SALES TAX:  Sales tax will be added to all shipments to Texas. If you are purchasing items for resale or are a nonprofit organization, please advise us in Special Instructions when you place your order. Send us a copy of your Texas Resale or Tax-exempt Certificate. We will need a copy of that form before your order ships or we will be obligated to charge sales tax.

3. PRODUCT GUARANTEE:  We unconditionally guarantee all the products we ship. If you have any problem with any item, call us at 800-316-0868 or email us at mailto:sales@floorballplanet.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please be sure to carefully check your order when you receive it.

4. PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES:  Many of our products require choices such as size or side (left-hand or right-hand). We call them product attributes. Be sure to remember to make these choices when selecting your products.

5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT INFORMATION:  When you check out for an order, you will be prompted to login as a customer. You may skip this login if you desire. Logging in as a customer is strictly a convenience item for you. It allows us to maintain your billing and shipping information so that you will not have to reenter it again when placing a future order. Please note that no credit card information is saved during this process.

6. DISCOUNT ORDERS:  We offer discounts on various group packages. Be sure to check the "School & Group Packages" in the category tree at left. We also offer a 10% discount on your total order when the product total exceeds $500 and 15% discount when the total exceeds $1,000.

7. OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS:  If you live in Canada, be sure to contact our affiliate, FloorballPro, Inc. Select the button on the home page. If you reside outside the United States, we will endeavor to ship your order in the least expensive way possible. Generally this will be via US Postal First Class mail. However, size limits prevent the shipping of sticks using this method. In that case, we will ship via USPS International Priority Mail or USPS International Express Mail. The actual shipping cost may be more expensive than that shown at checkout. In any case, we will contact you via email to confirm actual shipping cost and method.
