FloorballPlanet had a booth at the "Let's Play Hockey Expo" in St Paul, Minnesota on March 12th and 13th. Held at the RiverCentre in conjunction
with the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament, hundreds of fans stopped by to learn about floorball and purchase the latest floorball sticks.

Dallas Floorball Team WINS the 2009 Texas Floorball Championship!
The Austin Floorball Club hosted the 2nd annual Texas Floorball Championship in Austin, Texas. The visiting Dallas Floorball Team emerged victorious as both teams showcased the resident floorball
talent in the State of Texas. At the end of the first period, the Austin team led 1-0. In the 2nd period, Dallas came alive and moved the game into the Austin end. Final score: Dallas 6 - Austin 4.
The skill exhibited by these two teams shows that floorball in Texas is growing fast. Can't wait for next year's Canada Cup!

FloorballPlanet joins with the Salvation Army to host an Introduction to Floorball event!
Jukka Kotti of FloorballPlanet teamed with the Salvation Army to introduce floorball to area kids at the Flower Mound Community Activity Center
in Flower Mound, Texas. Huge fun for all!

Second year tour with Active Life – Huge Success!!
Over 150 kids of all ages played Floorball and great time was had by all.
Floorballplanet participated again this year to the Austin Active Life event on 30th of May at Toney Burger Center.
Hot day made us all to sweat but it did not keep players off the rink. Coed teams proved once again that floorball is
for anyone who can hold a stick and wants to play. Thanks to Austin Floorball Club who helped to make the day success! See you all next year!

FloorballPlanet is born! Darryl Gross (GO Recogntion Concepts, Fort Worth TX), Jukka Kotti (NordicSportsPro, Copper Canyon TX) and Alex Bohatiuk (Fury Sports, Philadelphia PA) have joined forces to form a new floorball company. The purpose is to promote the Sport of Floorball throughout the United States. We will sell, lease, coach and demonstrate floorball on a national scale. A division of GBK Sports, LLC, FloorballPlanet has its headquarters and distribution center in Forth Worth, Texas. We will continue the excellent relationships begun by NordisSportsPro with Juha Mikkola of FloorballPro in Canada and Jeff Morris of the Austin Floorball Club.
